- Cabins available year round.
- Each cabin has a hot tub. There is a one time $40 fee for the use of the hot tub.
- We ask for a two (2) night minimum at all times on both cabins. A one night stay is available with an extra cleaning charge.
- Great place for weddings, business meetings, conferences etc..
The "Dawn Star"
Weekdays - Monday -Thursday $175.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $10 each per night.
Weekends - Friday-Sunday $185.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $10 each per night.
Holidays - $200.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $15 each per night. There is a three (3) day minimum on holidays. There is a four (4) person minimum on holidays.
The "River Edge "
Weekdays - Monday -Thursday $205.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $12.50 each per night.
Weekends - Friday-Sunday $215.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $12.50 per night.
Holidays - $230.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $15 each per night. There is a three (3) day minimum on holidays. There is a eight (8) person minimum on holidays.
Hickory Hill
Weekdays - Monday -Thursday $205.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $10 each per night.
Weekends - Friday-Sunday $215.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $10 each per night.
Holidays - $230.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $15 each per night. There is a three (3) day minimum on holidays. There is a four (4) person minimum on holidays.
Stoney Retreat
Weekdays - Monday -Thursday $150.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $10 each per night.
Weekends - Friday-Sunday $160.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $10 each per night.
Holidays - $175.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $15 each per night. There is a three (3) day minimum on holidays. There is a four (4) person minimum on holidays.
River Sunrise
Weekdays - Monday -Thursday $150.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $10 each per night.
Weekends - Friday-Sunday $160.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $10 each per night.
Holidays - $175.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $15 each per night. There is a three (3) day minimum on holidays. There is a four (4) person minimum on holidays.
Whitetail Cottage
Weekdays - Monday -Thursday $125.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $10 each per night.
Weekends - Friday-Sunday $135.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $10 each per night.
Holidays - $150.00 per night for two (2) people. Additional guests are $15 each per night. There is a three (3) day minimum on holidays. There is a four (4) person minimum on holidays.
Day Guest Rates
Visitors to your cabin that don't spend the night are charged $7.00 each. Call for special Group Party rates.
Security Deposit
A $150 security deposit is required at check-in
Reservations & Payment
Reservations require a 50% deposit and are payable via check, money order, cash, Visa or Mastercard. No checks will be accepted the day of arrival.
Cancellations
For cancellations, your deposit will be refunded with a 60 day notice minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Taxes
Perry County Innkeepers tax of 5% and Indiana State Sales tax of 7% is added to the total.
